The Rhode Island Progressive Democrats of America are turning over a new leaf.
In the past, RIPDA fought for its principles and ideals by attacking the people and groups it believed were standing in the way, but in our current world, that approach won’t work.
In the battle against climate change, everyone needs to participate, so we’re transforming ourselves into a group that builds bridges and invites every person and group to join in.
We’ll continue our campaigns on healthcare, education, workers’ rights, racial justice, human rights, and the environment, and we’ll work on those collaboratively, too.
We’re making a change because we want to be effective and getting things done is our number-one goal.
